Ophelia Remix

Okay so this is Ophelia, to be loved or not to be loved. The women is Ophelia and she is pondering, like any girl in her teens, whether the first guy that shows her affection truly loves her. She is ambivalent whether to return his forward remarks because her father says his feelings aren't legit. With the help of photoshop and other tools, I created this image because this is my interpretation of Ophelia's thoughts in Act 3 and virtually the entire play. Plz comment, and thanks!!

  1. I feel like this is a good interpretation of how Ophelia. She really is just a girl who feels as though she were in love and just wants to know that Hamlet feels the same way.

  3. Good Job! It effectively portrays what she is having trouble with. The whole idea about "he loves me" "he loves me not" is brilliant because that is exactly her situation.

  6. Looks well done in my opinion. And I like the connection you made of a teenage girl falling "in love", just when its her first crush. Interesting.. Though :)

  8. I love Ophelia's character. I feel like I should not because I am not big on love stories but I can relate to her a lot. Very good job at talking about her character.
